Provide dewatering equipment requirement plan to the technical services and mining department for dewatering requirement activities.

Have minimum 3-5 years of experience in the same position, at reputable mining companies.

Have experience supervising a dewatering/ pumping team is an advantage.

Has government certification of POP (Pratama Competency Test);

Explain and conduct analysis for improvement and refinement of procedures, standards related to dewatering activities.

Recognize the scope of dewatering activities as well as the types, functions and parameters of equipment for mine dewatering work.

Melaksanakan performance management yang meliputi performance planning, monitoring, evaluation (penilaian kinerja) serta pelaksanaan reward dan punishment untuk anggota tim.

Merencanakan perbaikan dan perawatan mesin produksi (Preventive Maintenace).

Mempelajari spesifikasi dan data mesin produksi untuk persiapan pergantian spare part secara rutin (Predictive Maintenance).

Membuat prosedur-prosedur instalasi, perbaikan dan penggunaan mesin/alat/listrik agar secara teknis dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan aman.

Membuat jadwal kerja shift untuk team (Hari kerja biasa atau tukar hari).

Menyelesaikan dan mengontrol ulang semua penyimpangan yang terjadi baik dari laporan atau yang terlihat langsung dalam permasalahan teknis.

Provide training to TCI employees & sub-contractors in all aspects (Program) Develop the Skills proficiency of workplace trainers and assessors

Previous experience in a similar role

Minimum of 7 years' experience within mining industry as heavy equipment tradesman Mechanic

Superior communication skill written & verbal, present arguments, facts, and instruction in a clear, fluent and convincing manner.

Ability to cope with additional responsibilities High Standard of personal conduct

Conduct assessment activities in accordance with TCI standard and relevant Australian Competency Standard.

3 years experienced in heavy duty equipment management;

Good communication skills – written & verbal in English & Bahasa

Provide technical support for all workshops e.g. tooling fabrication, engineering support

Update parts list and specification to get more efficient and effective process

Follow up all information come from OEM/factories

Generate/review work instruction (manual/digital) at all workshops

Technical high school level or related discipline. Trade qualification prefered

Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained between workshop and operations personnel regarding breakdowns safety issues, and prioritizing of equipment repairs.

Ensure to accurate the completion of daily breakdown report for reviewing by the Superintendent before end of shift every day.

Analysis of component condition and recommendation of parts required. Ensure that the correct procedures are used when breakdowns and failures troubleshooting.

Ensure the mechanic raises the list of part recommended accurately to address all backlog, breakdowns and planned maintenance.

Prepare parts equipment and manpower for planned work and shutdown days.

Technical high school level or related discipline. Trade qualification prefered

Ensure that the maintenance department goals are achieved, by following the procedures set out in the TGS

Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained between workshop and operations personnel regarding breakdowns safety issues, and prioritizing of equipment repairs

Ensure accurate breakdown hour information is provided

Analysis of component condition and recommendation of parts required.

Ensure correct procedures used when troubleshooting breakdowns and failures.

High School Diploma, Industrial relevant certification in vehicular repair form accredited college or trade school preferred.

A valid driver's license (minimum SIM A) Certifications in any of the following Maintenance & Light repair, Medium/ Heavy Truck Technician.

Significant standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, twisting, handling, pushing, and pulling Ability to lift articles
