Drinking Water Bottling Plant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Drinking Water Bottling Plant Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and supervising a fast-paced bottling operation, ensuring that production runs efficiently and effectively while meeting all quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all products are produced to the highest quality standards and in compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with other departments, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure that customer needs are met and deadlines are achieved.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, ensuring that adequate supplies are available to meet production needs.
• Train and develop staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all team members are performing their roles to the best of their ability.
• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the bottling plant, including production, scheduling, maintenance, and quality control.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bottling or food manufacturing plant.
• Demonstrated experience in managing production processes and optimizing efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Strong understanding of quality control and food safety standards.
• At least Diploma in engineering, food science, or a related field is preferred.
