Responsibilities :

• Willing to work with targets and tight deadlines.
• Create monthly Sales Plan each sales line.
• Control and maintenance Capital Asset, like Building, Production Machine, Truck Box, etc.
• Coordinate with marketing to bring in leads (lead generation)
• Create a report on turnover growth every week and month.
• Monitor pre production till after production and make sure product the sales standards are met.
• Execute and reporting all planning sales activity.
• Manage sales through business plan development.
• Assist if there are problems with products, delivery orders, and support to outlets.
• Monitor product supply and stock levels.
• Supervise the activities and performance of the sales team
• Analyze opportunities for Sales development through collaboration with sales team and marketing.
• Develop team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge.
• Control and Handling Human Resources include for recruitment.
• Create and propose local program initiatives in accordance with sales development opportunity.
• Set individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate well with Sales and marketing team to ensure the achievement of sales targets and service levels to customers.
• Ensure the execution of Perfect Sales at outlets according to the time delivery.
• Able to track sales targets and report results.
• Control Sales achievement.
• Recommend routing plans and monitor sales force productivity.
• Able to communicate well with other parties, both related to company permits and with NGOs.

Qualifications :

• Required Skill(s) : 4P+3P Marketing Skills; Negotiation; Communication; Office Computer program; Sales Data Analysis;
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales – Retail / General or equivalent.
• Committed to providing satisfactory customer service.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experienced in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Skilled in customer relationship management (CRM).
• Full-Time position available.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any Field.
• Good at managing and directing sales team.
