Recruiting Specialist, 50-100% (Remote) Indonesia

Your mission is to recruit talented data annotators globally and make sure that all related processes run smoothly. Are you an HR professional with a passion for recruiting? Our client, a global player in infrastructure maintenance, offers an exciting opportunity as a Recruiting Specialist.
Your tasks

• Monitor our Application Tracking System to ensure a short time to hire
• Optimize the recruitment process to achieve an excellent candidate experience and improve the conversion rate
• Screen and shortlist candidates
• Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions together with the line manager
• Advertise current vacancies on job boards and social networks
• Issue contracts and support in the onboarding process

Your Skills

• Clear verbal skills to communicate well with candidates and managers
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or another related field
• Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates
• 3-5 years of experience as a recruiting specialist with a track record of employee placement
• Experience in fast paced service industry working with freelancers is a plus
