Clear verbal skills to communicate well with candidates and managers

3-5 years of experience as a recruiting specialist with a track record of employee placement

Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates

Experience in fast paced service industry working with freelancers is a plus

Build working relationships with license, consulting, and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans.

Bachelor's Degree in business, business administration, or management is preferred but not a must
