What You’ll Do
As a member of our team, you will:
Accounts Shortlist & Research:
  • Scan sources for potential new accounts such as Navigator, Crunchbase, CRM, Website Visitors, Ad Interest, Lead Scoring, etc. to identify new accounts to prospect
  • Stay abreast of current developments in target accounts to add value and share best practices with relevant personas
  • Understand the growth trajectory and other ICP qualifying factors to shortlist accounts
  • Conduct detailed secondary research on the company and relevant personas to personalise outreach
  • Identify relevant personas in target accounts to receive outreach
  • Manage your own book of accounts and set the strategy for effective book management
Personalized Multi-Channel Outreach:
  • Setup multi-channel sequences for prospects across emails, calls + texts, LinkedIn, and video as per outbound playbook
  • Establish interest in leveraging Mesh as a potential solution to solve for their most-pressing priorities and pain-points in their processes
  • Engage in social conversations with prospects to add value in their current roles
  • Learn about how prospects are running their current processes to identify potential blockers and opportunities where Mesh can add value
  • Establish rapport with prospects and position as a valuable resource in their network
  • Balance quality with quantity in outreach, and course correct to do what is needed to ensure enough pipeline is being generated
Learning & Self-Development:
  • Ensure CRM & other data-sets are always up-to-date so accurate analysis on outreach performance can be carried out
  • Constantly research and innovate in outreach methods to bring value to our target buyers than spammy outreach
  • Provide constructive feedback on how to improve effectiveness and efficiency within the BDR role to Managers and Sales Enablement
  • Attend all discovery conversations to learn more about understanding a prospect’s process, priorities, and pain-points with existing solutions
  • Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices
What You Will Need
  • Flawless communication skills in English, both written and oral
  • Result oriented, with a high degree of resilience
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • 1-3 years of experience in SaaS (currently based out in Indonesia)
  • Extremely coachable and willing to receive and implement feedback. At Mesh, our Sales Development teams drive top of the funnel sales activity that increases potential revenue for the company. In this role, you will own certain target accounts for developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within assigned territories. You will help drive new business opportunities to fuel the pipeline by conducting strategic research and conducting multi-channel outreach into the relevant personas of potential target accounts. The BDR role at Mesh serves on the frontlines and ensures that Mesh is established as a credible resource in our 1buyer community to solve goal and performance management. The BDR team generates interest among our potential clients and sets up discovery conversations with our Account Executives.
