ABOUT THE JOB
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager - Recruiting to join our Qode’s team. You will be responsible for ensuring the recruitment projects fully satisfy client and company requirements, working closely and supporting in scaling global Recruitment Freelancer team who specializes in CVs sourcing, and last but not least, contributing to the growth of the business through effective delivery.
The ideal candidate is a professional who has prior tech recruitment experience and possesses strong critical thinking skills. You will be part of a growing team and you will bring leadership, a strong delivery mindset and extensive project management experience. Responsibilities
Recruitment Freelancer Management:
- Recruit and manage a team of global recruitment freelancers who source and submit CVs for jobs on demand, ensuring CVs submitted are sufficient on time and according to quality standards
- Oversee the freelancers’ work, plan ahead and hire new batches of global recruitment freelancers based on demand and supply
- Train and onboard new recruitment freelancers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
- Allocate the freelancer resources effectively, and ensure efficient utilization of resources
- Review and approve or reject CVs submitted by the recruitment freelancers
- Track the performance of recruitment freelancers, conduct the periodical meeting & provide regular feedback and support to help them improve
- Provide instant advice and directions to freelancers regarding any concerns or difficulties they may encounter
- Work with internal stakeholders to calculate the monthly payment for recruitment freelancers based on their monthly performance and to process the payment on time & accurately
Recruitment Project Management:
- Monitor the recruitment project progress and take corrective actions where needed
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and ensure the seamless information on recruitment project progress, successes, risks and issues
- Independently & proactively source CVs when foreseeing the shortage of qualified candidates for specific positions
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and produce precise and accurate reports when requested
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating the processes and procedures and proposing solutions that will better meet the needs of the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, etc.) is a plus
- Understanding of tech talent, sourcing and hiring will be preferred
- Experience in working in HR Tech companies is a plus
- Good knowledge of local & global tech recruitment channels and job portals (e.g. LinkedIn, etc.)
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong leadership & ability to manage large freelancers teams
- Excellent English communication skills (must have)
- Ability to run productive trainings and meetings
- Ability to set priorities, plan, and organize tasks and deliverables as needs evolve
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to multitask effectively
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment
