Human Resources Manager Jobs

We are looking for a passionate Human Resource Leader who fully understands how HR strategies impact the business and will work closely with the company to add value to key business decisions.

Qualifications:

* Great leader and team player with good communication skills.

* Good analytical and problem-solving skills

* Fluent in English (both oral and written)

* Good computer skills, and sufficient knowledge of HR system and processes

* Up-to-date and detailed knowledge of the latest labor laws and related matters, including compensation and benefit principles, taxation, hiring proses, employee engagement, building company cultural, etc

* Demonstrates personal effectiveness: being agile to cope with change, managing workloads, and deliverables, and actively committed to own personal and professional development

* Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Law/Human Resources Management

* Experience in Bali will be highly advantageous

* Experience as Human Resource Manager(HRM) qt least 3 years or as Assistant HRM for at least 4 years
