About the company:


Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a Health NGO established in 2007 by former members of a senior program management team. The NGO is dedicated to enhancing health and human development at the community level through evidence-based programs, research, participatory decision-making, and sustainable actions. Its inception is rooted in a substantial randomized controlled trial conducted on Lombok Island, Indonesia. The trial focused on reducing Maternal and Infant Mortality Rates through routine pregnancy care, involving approximately 42,000 pregnant mothers and 500 field staff over three years. The organization collaborates with international partners, including the World Health Organization, a technology company, a global financing facility, and a Canadian organization committed to addressing pressing challenges.

:

Ensure that all offices within the Indonesia have positive employee relations strategies, through effective and proactive local relationship management with employees and their respective managers

As a key person between employee and management on HR areas such as resourcing, employee relations, compensation & benefit, L&D, good HR practice and policy

Supervise all HR activity, included but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training & development

Provide advice and support to the business line regarding employee relations and employment law matters with reference to legislation and internal Human Resources

policies and practices

Developing, updating and implementing Human Resources policies and procedures in line with legislation

Scoping, developing and implementing HR policy in line with the needs of the business

Training staff and coaching managers to utilize the HR system

Implement and make fully operational the company's induction program

Conduct exit interviews in line with current and anticipated approaches

Contribute to the Department's internal processes to ensure they are efficient



Job Requirement:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably a Master's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.

Minimum experience 3-5 years as HR Manager.

Certified HR professional with a specialization in human resources or people management.

Proven hands-on experience with using digital HR tools and software.

Complete understanding and familiarity with the Human Resource management software and tools like application tracking systems, payroll management systems, and talent acquisition tools.

Having knowledge about the most relevant employment regulation in Indonesia.

Having abilities to ensure legal compliance.

Having a complete knowledge about how of employee benefits and compensation plans and program.

Having a complete knowledge about how of talent recruitment processes, plans and program.

Excellent mentorship and leadership skills.

Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Empathy and approachability: proven experience in bringing out healthy employee relations, able to connect with employees and address their concerns.

Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
