The Human Resource Intern is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day operations of the office of Torch Group Indonesia. You will perform a variety of duties, providing efficient and timely action on both HR and Administrative matters. You need to be able to speak English on a daily basis. This is an unpaid internship.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Human Resource activities.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives align with overall company goals.

• Develop bonding plans for our interns.

• Monitor the recruitment process and manage the applicants' database.

• Provide day-to-day support for administrative operations.

• Oversee the filing, storage, and security of office documents.

• Arrange assessments for the best intern every month.

Requirements

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Dependable

• Very organised

• Attention to detail

• Must be proficient in English
