You will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our HRIS system, as well as providing support to our HR team and other departments. Overview A Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Administrator is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of a company’s HRIS system. This includes ensuring that the system is up to date, secure, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. The HRIS Administrator is also responsible for providing support to users of the system, troubleshooting any issues, and providing training and guidance to new users. Detailed Job Description The HRIS Administrator is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the company’s HRIS system. This includes ensuring that the system is up to date, secure, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. The HRIS Administrator is also responsible for providing support to users of the system, troubleshooting any issues, and providing training and guidance to new users. The HRIS Administrator is also responsible for developing and implementing new processes and procedures to ensure the system is running efficiently and effectively. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of HRIS systems and processes
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience working with HRIS systems
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations

• At least 3 years of experience working with HRIS systems
