Human Resources Information System Specialist

Responsibile:

• Ensuring the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data.
• Consulting with all HR departments head to determine HRIS needs
• Developing and implementing new processes and systems for efficient HR management
• Optimizing HRIS processes, integrating new modules, and performing diagnostic tests
• Performing audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, development, termination of service, and payroll administration, benefit, etc
• Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS.
• Analyzing HRIS performance metrics and resolving application issues
• Performing application upgrades, as well as and providing training and technical support
• Documenting processes, identifying HR concerns, and compiling data analysis reports

Requirement:

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, especially in HR
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any major
• Willing to be placed in Malang, East Java
