Job Description

Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the recruitment process, psychological tests, and employee assessment/evaluation.
  • Maintain and care for company assets and take care of their documentation
  • Responsible for Attendance, Overtime, BPJS and other monthly payments.
  • Develop and supervise/control SOP procedures for all Divisions
  • Understand, control and control the validity period of all Company Licensing Documents
  • Able to work with Priority scale, Risk Management and able to cooperate with all parties
  • Develop a working system and employee performance evaluation in a sustainable and consistent manner
  • Understand and master assessment, Manpower Law and all BPJS KIS & TK Procedures.
  • Able to motivate and increase employee morale by providing periodic training
  • Responsible for all administrative work of HRD and GA (correspondence, employee database, KPI, warning letter, SP)
  • Able to provide internal training or external training.


Requirements


  • Firm and proficient in giving assessments/evaluations
  • Able to create training programs (team building)
  • No contract with another company and join ASAP
  • Can keep company secrets and prioritize company interests
  • Willing to work in Pasteur Bandung
  • Have good time management, accustomed to working with targets and able to work independently.
  • Experience with Labour Office & Government.
  • Mastering MS Office
  • Minimum Bachelor (S1) psychology / Human Resources
  • Strong Leadership, Communicative, Friendly, Skill Negotiation, Smart.
  • Minimum 2-4 years experience as HRD / GA / Trainer/Generalist
  • High loyalty, honesty, disciplined, high morale
