Head of Human Relations

As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the human resources function within the resort. This role involves developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and strategies, creating and implementing talent learning and development programs that align with the resort goals and objectives, and fostering an agile, learning-focused work environment. This includes designing and delivering leadership development, onboarding, and career development programs through various methods such as presentations, e-learning, and interactive sessions.

Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role in human capital management and/or human relations
• 1-2 years in developing, implementing, and delivering formal training programs

Qualifications:

• Excellent time and workload management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Knowledge of Balinese culture is an asset
• Dedicated to providing excellent customer service, possesses a strong work ethic, and can establish positive relationships with colleagues across all departments
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and persuasion skills
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude
• High attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and meet established deadlines.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required.
