Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the HRIS software, ensuring data accuracy, system security, and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify opportunities for process automation and streamlining using the HRIS.
- Generate and distribute routine and ad hoc HR reports, including workforce analytics, turnover rates, headcount summaries, and diversity metrics.
- Input and update employee data, including personal information, employment details, benefits, and performance-related data.
- Provide technical support to HR staff and end-users regarding HRIS-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system errors.
Role Requirements:
- 2 years of proven working experience with HRIS systems and databases.
- Proficiency in using HRIS software and related tools
- Analytical skills to interpret HR data and generate meaningful reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles.
