Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the HRIS software, ensuring data accuracy, system security, and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with HR teams to identify opportunities for process automation and streamlining using the HRIS.
• Generate and distribute routine and ad hoc HR reports, including workforce analytics, turnover rates, headcount summaries, and diversity metrics.
• Input and update employee data, including personal information, employment details, benefits, and performance-related data.
• Provide technical support to HR staff and end-users regarding HRIS-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system errors.

Role Requirements:

• 2 years of proven working experience with HRIS systems and databases.
• Proficiency in using HRIS software and related tools
• Analytical skills to interpret HR data and generate meaningful reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles.
