Human Resources Specialist Jobs

Greetings! We are looking for a Human Resource Specialist to support and boost our day to day activities

Responsibility:

• Operates Company recruitment account and advance the recruitment process; operates payroll and benefits programs such as vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance
• Establishes the high performing team to ensure the company goals are achieved
• Manage other HR risk and compliance related projects as needs arise
• Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
• Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; advise management and employees in regards to human resources policies and procedures
• Advocates the culture of the company while also engage the people in the company
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals

Qualifications:

• A minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources
• Fluent in English is a plus (not required)
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Management, or Organization Development
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
