Human Resources Manager Jobs

PT Cipta Teknik Berjaya is a company engaged in the defense industry. We have been dedicated to carrying out missions to provide military systems support solutions in Indonesia and also Southeast Asia. We provide full range of maintenance support, trade, training services, and military events by working together with Indonesian State Owned Enterprises and number of large Defense Contractors.

Requirements :

• Placement at BSD, Tangerang Selatan.
• Excellent communication & written skill in English
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management
• Minimum 3-5 years experience as HR Manager
• Experience at training and development, payroll, performance appraisals and employee evaluation (OKR, KPI, etc.)
• Committed to delivering a high level of service, both internally and externally
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• Good understanding in implement HRIS
• Familiar with employment laws and regulations (industrial relations, licensing, BPJS, Labour Law, etc.)

• Perform other duties that are assigned as necessary.
• Develop, optimize and regulate company regulations.
• Ensure that administrative records and employee documentation are updated (Contracts, Database, Promotion, Counselling, Warning Letter, Employment Certificates etc.)
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process.
• Updates and create, if any, all SOP and Policies & Procedures related to Human Resources Department.
• Monitoring employee development through training, job analysis, job evaluation and job value mapping.
• Manage employee leave, attendance, monthly payroll, etc.
• Nurture a positive & engaging working environment.
