Recruitment

• Provide qualified candidates through the implementation of an end-to-end recruitment process, starting from job posting, screening, interview and orientation.
• Develop job descriptions and specifications.
• Collaborate with HR managers regularly and proactively identify recruiting needs.
• Preparing employment contracts, renewing contracts, and monitoring extension contracts and updating standardized employment agreement.
• Collaborate with external vendor team (Headhunters) for managerial level candidates.

Training and Development

• Collaborate with HR managers to develop training material.
• Develop improvement program for retail & sales development.
• Deliver and maintain all training program for retail and operations team.
• Maintain employee assessment for operations team.

Operations

• Manage employee needs such as correspondence, uniforms and etc.
• Calculate existing MPP with store sales.
• Manage Promotions, Demotions, Transfers and Layoffs employees.
• Coordinate with Branch HR regarding employment and issues.
• Monitor manpower plans for retail and operations team.
• Developing a work attendance system for operations team make it more accurate and efficient.

Legal

• Collaborate with third parties regarding company legality.
• Provides day-to-day support employee relations matters including HR policies, guidelines and procedures, grievance resolution, and employment matters in Head office and Operations team.
• Creating and review vendor agreement with company attorney.

Qualification :

• Familiar Google workspace.
• Maximum 30 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law/Psychology/Human Resource Management.
• Ability to join immediately by July 2023.
• Have a good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to be placed on BSD, Taman Tekno.
• Able to do teamwork, dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Min 2 years experience.
