Job Description
Deskripsi Pekerjaan


Create and provide soft-skills training curriculum and modules (exp. Leadership, Communication Skills, Strategic and Critical Thinking) Maintain e-learning system and evaluate all training program


Requirements


  • Experience 2 years as soft-skill trainer
  • Conduct classes in an atmosphere that promotes caring and respect
  • Have excellent skills in video editing applications for training contents and having knowledge how to create end to end podcast as micro learning is an advantage
  • Bachelor's Degree from Management, Psychology/Training
  • Placement: Bintaro - Tangerang Selatan
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Understand the needs of and sensitivity to culturally diverse populations
