Currently OPPO Indonesia Factory (placement in Tangerang) is looking for a Training Specialist. You may have also noticed that our company, has produce leading smart device on Indonesia and 50+ other country and we are expecting a number of exciting things happening.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Education minimum S1 (Major Communication /Psychology are plus point)
  • Advance skills in MS Office and Design
  • Good in Public Speaking
  • Good analytical thinking, mature personality, initiative and trustworthy
  • Good in both verbal and written in English and Mandarin


Responsibilities

  • Identifying and determining potential resources, conducting programs that can develop the potential of employees.
  • Arrange and conducting training and development program to improve employee’s leadership skills such as creating learning materials, workshops and etc.
  • Responsible to training for potential development of employees, as well as communicating with the concerned divisions in conducting training, evaluation and development.
