Job Description
  • Developing learning strategy, road map, methodology for the effectiveness of sales force
  • Coaching for field sales team
  • Analysis of Sales Force Effectiveness and capability improvement
  • Experience in implementation, execution and management of sales training for GT and MT channel
  • Plan, execute and evaluate the learning program
  • Instructional designer and learning experience developer
  • Training Need Analysis (TNA) and learning solutions
  • Strong knowledge of fundamental sales, sales operation and distributor management
