Actively manage the relationship of Key Accounts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Minimum of 2 years as Product Specialist (Experiences in Diabetic Care or Medical Devices Area)

Have good skills in marketing activity, including strategic selling and negotiation, or product marketing or related field.

Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages (both with internal parties and external)

Having analytical skills and strong customer service skills

Familiarity with customers-related issues from past working experience will be a plus

Identify service gaps/areas of improvements and utilize the insights to develop modules & deliver trainings for our customers-facing agents

Map and develop training plans through coordination with Team Leads to ensure proper scheduling across all agents

Lead InEvent’s partners through the process to ensure their certification in the InEvent product.

Deliver live sessions via InEvent’s Live Studio to partners to demonstrate the product and its capabilities

May be required to develop and deliver high quality pre recorded content via the Live Studio to complement certification

Support participating partners in their queries for the duration of the certification process.

Coordinate delivery of certification from partners and ensure partners are supported in their receipt of their certification

Experience with Customer Success or similar.
