s:

• Research and recommend new training methods.
• Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials.
• Any other tasks which may be assigned from time-to-time ad hock.
• Mapping out training plans and schedules, training programs (outsourced and overses) for corporate, providing necessary information for auditor of the seminar
• Management and supervision to ensure that each training can be completed without problem.
• Map out annual training plans
• Manage and maintain training facilities and equipment.
• Quality control to grow the training revenue for future.
• Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session.

Requirements:

• Team player with collaborative skills to work with end-users and partners.
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Must be able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent in Japanese language is a plus as to liaise with stakeholders in Japan headquarters.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experiences in conducting training programs
• Strong written and spoken English
