Job Description

Persyaratan


- Kandidat harus memiliki setidaknya SMU, Diploma, Gelar Sarjana di Pemasaran, Komunikasi Massa atau setara.

- Setidaknya 1 Tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang terkait diperlukan untuk posisi ini, lulusan baru juga dapat melamar

- Keterampilan yang Diperlukan: Komunikasi, Layanan Pelanggan, Administrasi, Ms. Office, Ms. Excel

- Lebih disukai Staf (non-manajemen & non-penyelia) yang berspesialisasi dalam Layanan Pelanggan, Telemarketing atau yang setara.

- Mampu multitasking dan berorientasi dengan target

- Keterampilan komunikasi dan administrasi yang baik

- Penempatan Jakarta Timur


Tanggung jawab


  • Menyelesaikan permintaan dan keluhan pelanggan
  • Memberikan dukungan team operasional secara profesional
