Job Description

We are searching for a detail-oriented and fun Customer Service Assistant to join our team to help bring more joy and relaxation to our customers in Bali! You will be responsible in creating an inviting experience for our customers from the moment they reach out to us to when they leave our meditations.


Full time role. IDR4.5juta/month


Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome customers (online mainly) with a warm and friendly attitude
  2. Assist customers with service selection, reservations, & payment
  3. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via messaging and phone
  4. Drive sales through social media marketing and direct sales
  5. Greet customers as they arrive, help them check in, and answer any questions they may have about our sessions


Requirements:

  1. Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
  3. Have your own mobile + laptop.
  4. Full time commitment - Only apply if you can commit to this full time.
  5. You must be able to travel to Singakerta, Ubud every day.
  6. Comfortable working with online messaging tools like Whatsapp, Instagram, Telegram, Google messaging
  7. Ability to remain calm under pressure while multitasking
