Job Description

Your role would involve various administrative task to support the marketing department, such as mantaining customer database, processing orders, tracking payments, managing returns or exchange and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Customer service administration plays a vital role in fostering positive relationship with customers. By providing execptional service and addressing their need you will contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty which can lead to increased sales and customer retention. Additionally, your role serves as a bridge between customers and other departments within the company. You may collab with the sales team to address customer inquiries or coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries. Help to maintain a positive brand image, build trust and contribute to the overall success of the company.


Responsibilities

  • Handling inquiries, complaints and requests from customers, providing them with timely and accurate information about products, orders and company policies.
  • Post IGS and TikTok story everyday (mirroring)
  • Engage with our customer through our marketing channel (web, social media comments and DM's, email)
  • Report customer behavior monthly to the superior
  • Communicate with e commerce admin for better result on handling complain and customers
  • Report social media insight monthly (campaign result, post engagement, platform insight, promotional post and final campaign result)
  • Problem solving
  • Assist our customer with their needs
  • Make sure customer interactions with the brand are positive and leave them satisfied
  • Post a content 2 -3 times/ week (social media & web)
  • Communicate with our customer on Whatsapp
  • Upselling
