Job Description
  • Membalas chat dari customer di aplikasi whatsapp & channel marketing lainnya (marketplace & sosmed)
  • Follow Up Customer yang masih belum memberikan keputusan untuk belanja
  • Memastikan Customer mendapatkan pelayanan terbaik dari Customer Service
  • Meningkatkan & Mencapai target Revenue Penjualan per hari


Persyaratan


  • Mampu berkomunikasi secara tertulis dengan menarik.
  • Seorang yang detil dan sabar jika menghadapi komplain dari customer/pembeli
  • Minimum SMA/K
  • Sanggup bekerja orientasi target & bonus pencapaian
  • Siap bekerja di akhir pekan dan libur nasional
  • Pernah bekerja sebagai Sales Online Shop /Telemarketing minimal 1 tahun di bidang retail/suplemen/cosmetic/sejenisnya lebih disukai
