Location: Remote
Monis.Rent is a rapidly growing company offering remote work equipment to remote workers across the globe. Our services range from renting monitors, chairs, desks, and other essential office equipment to ensure remote workers can create an efficient and comfortable workspace at home.
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Service Agent who is fluent in English and experienced in using Booqable.com software. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide top-tier customer service via phone, email, and chat, using a professional and friendly manner.
2. Handle customer inquiries, product rentals, and complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Utilize Booqable.com software to manage and track customer rental requests, payment transactions, and rental item inventory.
4. Collaborate with the internal team to resolve customer issues, escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams, and follow up to ensure resolution.
5. Provide product information, availability, and pricing details to customers based on their requirements.
6. Use knowledge of our products to make recommendations based on customer needs.
7. Continually enhance knowledge about the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
8. Contribute to team effort by meeting or exceeding individual KPIs and helping the company achieve its overall objectives.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
2. Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote environment.
3. Proficient in using Booqable.com software or similar rental management software.
4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customer situations with tact and diplomacy.
7. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with various communication platforms.
8. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
