Hotel Sol by Melia Kuta currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team and contribute to the exceptional service we provide.

As a Guest Service Agent (GSA) at Hotel Sol by Melia, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for ensuring a memorable stay for our guests. You will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining efficient operations at the front desk, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent; relevant tertiary education is a plus.

* Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

* Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

* Proficient in using computer systems and familiarity with the PowerPro system is highly advantageous.

* Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.

* Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and handle challenging situations.

* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

* Well-groomed appearance and professional.
