Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
  • Find ways to increase quality of customer service
  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate way
  • Formulate long term and short term strategy for Service Center
  • Manage budgets and forecasts


Qualifications

  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven work experience as Service Center Manager or similar role
  • Leadership ability
  • Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
