Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls, guest enquiries from multiple channels eg from Email, Facebook, chats etc.

Address any questions or issues that guest may have in regards to company products or services promptly

Follow up on customer outstanding enquiries

Support day-to-day operations

Support Company’s ongoing projects

Potentially may include onsite support at dedicated location

Any others ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager in-charge

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree

Has minimum 1 year of working experience as Call Support in Software Company / IT Company

Excellent customer service and communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking individual)

Knowledge of IT / Software product is a plus

Willing to work on shift duties including weekends and public holiday

Willing to work in Batam (on-site)
