Call Center Representative (Mandarin)

Important Notes:

• Placement: Batam, Indonesia (onsite work)
• Main language required: Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager in-charge
• Manage incoming calls, and guest inquiries from multiple channels (eg. from Email, Facebook, chats, etc)
• Address any questions or issues that guests may have in regard to company products or services promptly
• Support day-to-day operations
• Support the Company’s ongoing projects
• Follow up on customer outstanding inquiries
• Potentially may include onsite support at a dedicated location

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking individuals)
• Willing to work on shift duties including weekends and public holidays
