Preferably having prior work experience in Customer Service, specifically for online travel agents will be a plus.

Responding to all customers’ concerns regarding travel queries.

Responding to posts and messages received from clients’ social media accounts.

Executing escalation queue on refund-related inquiries due to travel cancellation.

Review all NPS & journey-related surveys and approve or reject surveys to be posted.

Good proficiency in Melayu and English (reading and writing).

Supporting the Head of the Department and business partner to make informed strategic decisions through data story-telling.

Monitoring the overall market trend and providing actionable insights for the Marketing Solutions team to drive the overall business objective.

Driving the overall department performance with the Head of the Department through recurring business reviews and planning.

Genuine passion for problem-solving, including framing the problem, creating a sound hypothesis, collecting data, analyzing for insights, and data story-telling.

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service, Telemarketing or equivalent.

Required Skill(s): Communication, Customer Servicing, Administration, Ms. Office, Ms. Excel

Good communication and administration skills

Candidate must possess at least SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.

Willing to work in shifting and/or weekends and public holiday

Resolved customer request and complaint

Utilize various Concentrix and client-based tools & applications for customer management and servicing.

Good customer service, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail.

Working knowledge on Ms. Office. Fast typing speed.

Min. English read/write skills level B1.

Handling and resolving customers’ inquiries/requests for U.S. Markets.

Providing excellent services to customers e.g., answering chats and emails, etc.

- Create presentation deck for higher management for reporting or analysis purpose

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree. Preferably majoring in Business/Economics/Finance/Industrial Engineering.

- Fresh Grad or max 1 yr experience

- Leadership or internship experience from top organization is a must

- Basic/Intermediate data analysis skills using Excel or Google Spreadsheet

- Analyze data and provide data driven recommendation and insights

Strong project management, detail oriented & good analytical skill

Min. Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Statistics/other related fields

Min. 1-3 years of experience as Market Research, Research Analyst, Data Analytics

Possess basic understanding on Business KPI (market share, penetration) and Research

Familiar with Nielsen Answer and Home Panel data will be an advantage

Collaborative and able to speak excellent English (verbal & written)
