CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

YOGYAKARTA | ENGLISH | PERMANENT NIGHT SHIFT

Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent services to customers e.g., answering chats and emails, etc.
• Developing and maintaining accurate files.
• Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.
• Handling and resolving customers’ inquiries/requests for U.S. Markets.
• Utilize various Concentrix and client-based tools & applications for customer management and servicing.

Requirements:

• A good team player with a willingness to learn and drive to achieve.
• Min. English read/write skills level B1.
• Working knowledge on Ms. Office. Fast typing speed.
• Available to join immediately.
• Willing to work in permanent night shift.
• Min. Bachelor Degree and above.
• Preferably 1-year exp. in customer service especially Chat/Email in English line. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good customer service, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail.
• Willing to work from an office in Yogyakarta.
