Job Description

Menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan pelanggan.

Memberikan solusi di tiap kendala yang dihadapi pelanggan dengan bahasa yang mudah dimengerti.


Menjaga dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dengan memberikan layanan atau service yang baik.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day flight operation duties to ensure smooth running of flights.
  • Liaise with Lost and Found on damaged bags and lost bags.
  • Liaise with other airlines when required.
  • Administrative support for pre-flight paperwork, preparing required airport/flight documents for flight crew.
  • Participate in the Company Safety & Quality Management System, in accordance to the safety and quality policy framework.
  • Receive, track and coordinate with ground handling team on flight operations.
  • Assist ramp team in customer meet-and-greet, flight concierge related hospitality support.
  • Troubleshoot any challenges in passenger handling.
  • Oversee Cargo / Baggage Operations at the ramp.
