You Will Be Responsible For


The Customer Service is the friendly face and voice that bridges the gap between our company and our valued customers.


  • Acts as the first line of service for the customers, having the ability to serve them and to coordinate any commercial, technical or operational issues.
  • Preparing letters, documents, permits and payments for the freelance team.
  • Monitoring all project to ensure it runs smoothly involves a series of steps and best practices.
  • Collaborating with Delivery Team and Support Team to resolve device issues.
  • Conducting investigations and making decisions regarding devices that are Offline on that day.


Requirements


  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Administration experience in Zendesk, Help Scout, Qontak or other similar software
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a top university.
  • At least 1 year of experience, preferably in Customer Service Role, Client Support or Customer relationship
  • Highly organized with good analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively 8. Willing to work shifting schedule 24/7
