Job Description

The Company

It is an end-to-end customer retention platform that brings together customer data and behavior from online and offline channels to launch and manage a revenue-centric retention program. The Candidate

  • Has experience in a Customer Services role
  • Min bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.


The Role

  • Ensure all processes meet the standardized regulations.
  • Ensure all incoming complaints are processed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure complaints are handled until completion.
  • Acknowledge the purpose of Tada products.
