Job Description

Responsible for responding to chats, reviews or discussions from customers on the marketplace and social media quickly & accurately so that the store's performance rating is in accordance with the set targets

Analyze & prepare reports regarding operational insights related to customer feedback, marketplace health & updating operational processes

Following the weekly operational review from the branch to evaluate business processes that have been going on for one week

Make sales data recaps and reports, complaints and order cancellations and then provide them to relevant stakeholders for follow-up.

Make a Team Picket Schedule and Back Up pickets for all All Stores (Weekends and red dates) so that the store stays online and there is a team on standby every day

Follow up on complaints (outside the platform) or problems from customers so that customer problems can be resolved as they should
