Job Description
  • Coordinating and managing the whole team's works and activities
  • Responsible in achieving established target
  • Responsible in coordinating a solid team
  • Perform planning, supervision, and evaluation on consumers' complain resolutions
Minimum Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and decision making skills
  • Able to work in night shift
  • Fluent in English writing, reading and speaking
  • Minimum bachelor degree from any major
  • Focused and able to understand users' needs
  • Have a minimal 1-year experience as a team leader handling support via live chat or email
