Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Overseeing the management of customer support and community engagement for mobile games.
  • Developing and maintaining FAQ pages for effective customer assistance.
  • Handling email inquiries from customers, with no phone-based customer support responsibilities.
  • Conducting thorough investigations and documenting game exploits, bugs, and other related issues within the global online gaming realm.


Qualifications:

  • Professional working proficiency in both Indonesian and English.
  • Possessing a positive attitude, flexibility, and open-mindedness.
  • Proficiency in managing and evaluating issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
  • Strong preference for candidates with a background in the mobile gaming industry.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in the relevant industry.
