The Customer Service Representative (Sales) role is to support CCC Manager in day to day activities related to IM CCC Department. You will be responsible to update the user experience, which includes application usability, accessibility, workflow, contract, pricing, and accurate and prompt customer service. You're also in charge of utilizing data to advise decisions, including how to create and implement process improvement suggestions to find the best approach to a problem and improve overall business value and solutions.

• Serve as one of key points of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Support in customer satisfaction survey and feedback data preparation.
• Continuously evaluate and streamline sales administration processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Generate regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to the sales team and management for decision-making purposes.
• Assist in analyzing sales performance, market trends, and customer preferences. Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies to enhance sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including production, logistics, and finance teams, to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any order-related issues.
• Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by assisting in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Provide support and guidance to customers, as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer profiles, contracts, and sales reports.
• Manage and compile customer feedback to identify areas for improvements in services and sales processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
• Identify opportunities for automation and implement appropriate tools or systems.
• Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to gather necessary information and ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Good in Correspondence, Communication, Negotiation & Computer skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to understand safety and quality procdures.
• Ability to understand Air Liquide Products & Services.
• Strong attention to detail and customer focus.
• Experience in ERP Systems.
• Preferably minimum 5-7 years of experience.
• Good writing and speaking skills in English would be an advantage.
