Customer Service Sales Executive

Job Details:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Manage inventory of products
• Maintain good relationship with Alder’s customers and improve customer satisfaction and concerns
• Manage communication platforms (Whatsapp, IG, Tokopedia, Shopee, etc)
• Provide solutions and strategies to achieve goals (sales goals included)
• Be a part of a team
• Manage both online and offline classes (corporate classes and events included)
• Handle and process customer bookings of services and purchases of products
• Understand Alder’s mission, as well as all its product offerings (products and services)
• Continuously find ways to improve customer experience
• Participate in team meetings
• Handle customers’ questions, complaints or concern in regards to our services and products - making sure that everything that is communicated is aligned with Alder’s brand
• Conduct any research as required (e.g. finding vendors, communicating with supplier, fulfilling orders, etc)
• Research and Development - for both products and trainers
• Suggesting ideas to increase sales
• Maintain good relationship with Alder’s trainers - fulfill trainer requests and communicate their concerns if any to ensure class standards are always at its highest
