Job Description
  • Collect data and recap reports on operational insights related to customer feedback, marketplace health & updating operational processes
  • Responsible for responding to or replying to customer chats in the marketplace related to the product so that customers can find out information about the product to be purchased
  • Responsible for responding to chats, reviews or discussions from customers in the marketplace quickly & precisely so that the store's performance rating is in accordance with the set targets
  • Follow up on complaints or problems from customers so that customer problems can be resolved as they should
