Our client is a digital marketing and distribution company based in D.I.Yogyakarta

Requirements :

• Domicile in Yogyakarta.
• Demonstrated a target-oriented mindset and resistance to complacency.
• Passionate about the marketing field.
• Adaptable, capable of working independently or as part of a team, and responsible.
• Proficient in responding to WhatsApp chats and following up.
• Capable of understanding and addressing customer needs to enhance sales, including effectively upselling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.

Qualifications :

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in computer applications (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Ms. Powerpoint).
• Prior experience in customer service or a related role is highly desirable.
• Disciplined individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
