Job Description

Job Summary :

The Claims Customer Service role is crucial in maintaining good relations with customers and ensuring that their claims are handled properly.


Job Requirement:

  1. D3 / S1 Graduates All Majors
  2. Min 1 year experience as CS (from logistics / expedition company is preferred)
  3. Min 1 year experience as CS Claim (preferred)
  4. Proficient in Ms. Excel & Spreadsheet
  5. Placement : Yogyakarta
