Job Description
  • Handle Customer question/complain
  • Escalated the ticket to Team Leader


Minimum Qualifications


  • Typing speed 50 words/min
  • At least possess associate degree (all majors)
  • Have 1 year of customer service experience, and have received service soft skills training
  • Fluent speaking and writing French, also English
  • Willing to work with shifting in Yogyakarta
  • Good communication and listening skill
  • Have the ability of computer operating properly
  • Familiar in e-commerce customer behaviour and business, at least have experience using e-commerce platform as buyer and seller once
  • Max. age hired 35 years old
