Qualification

1.Minimum D3 any major

2.Minimum GPA 2,75

3.Experienced in call center (Inbound, Outbound and Handle Media Social)

is preferred

5.Fresh graduated are welcomed

6.Able to speak in English (Prefer Active)

7.Communicative

8.Willing to work in shifting schedule including weekend and public holiday

9.Willing to do up selling / Cross selling

Responsibilities

1.Answering an incoming calls and do up selling / cross selling to customer

2.Handle customer inquiries by calls

3.Provide customers about product and service information

4.Identify and escalate priority issues

5.Documenting all call information according to SOP

6.Complete all call logs

7.Updating customers profile into computer

8.Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
