Our client, as one of the world's online travel agents, is now currently looking for a Customer Service Agent who is able to speak Melayu and English.
Responsibilities:
- Review all NPS & journey-related surveys and approve or reject surveys to be posted.
- Responding to all customers’ concerns regarding travel queries.
- Responding to posts and messages received from clients’ social media accounts.
- Executing escalation queue on refund-related inquiries due to travel cancellation.
Requirements:
- Willing to work in a rotational shifting schedule directly from our office in Yogyakarta.
- Good proficiency in Melayu and English (reading and writing).
- High on teamwork and engagement. Mature & has analytical thinking.
- Available to join immediately.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Preferably having prior work experience in Customer Service, specifically for online travel agents will be a plus.
