Job Description

Our client, as one of the world's online travel agents, is now currently looking for a Customer Service Agent who is able to speak Melayu and English.


Responsibilities:

  • Review all NPS & journey-related surveys and approve or reject surveys to be posted.
  • Responding to all customers’ concerns regarding travel queries.
  • Responding to posts and messages received from clients’ social media accounts.
  • Executing escalation queue on refund-related inquiries due to travel cancellation.


Requirements:

  • Willing to work in a rotational shifting schedule directly from our office in Yogyakarta.
  • Good proficiency in Melayu and English (reading and writing).
  • High on teamwork and engagement. Mature & has analytical thinking.
  • Available to join immediately.
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Preferably having prior work experience in Customer Service, specifically for online travel agents will be a plus.
