At least 1 year of experience, preferably in Customer Service Role, Client Support or Customer relationship

Excellent communication skills to communicate with stakeholders with different background

Have at least 2 years of experience as recovery specialist, and if it was a start-up company will be advantageous

Keen analytical outlook with a solid command of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and G-Suite

Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment

Strong drive for continuous improvement, willing to go the extra mile, all-hands mentality

A strong sense of ownership when working both independently and as a part of a team

Menangani keluhan pelanggan dengan baik, bersama-sama dengan service coordinator, supervisor, service manager, atau dengan branch manager.

Memastikan keluhan pelanggan dapat ditanggapi dalam waktu yang telah ditentukan

Melakukan komunikasi dengan baik ke pelanggan.

Merespon keluhan pelanggan maksimal 2 jam, sejak keluhan masuk dan melakukan tindakan langkah perbaikan maksimal 24 jam dari janji yang disepakati.

Lulusan SMA/K/sederajat disukai yang sudah berpengalaman

Memiliki pengetahuan tentang pest control

Preferably having prior work experience in Customer Service, specifically for online travel agents will be a plus.

Responding to all customers’ concerns regarding travel queries.

Responding to posts and messages received from clients’ social media accounts.

Executing escalation queue on refund-related inquiries due to travel cancellation.

Review all NPS & journey-related surveys and approve or reject surveys to be posted.

High on teamwork and engagement. Mature & has analytical thinking.

Min. 1-2 years of experience in customer service (fresh graduate with good knowledge of beauty trend is welcome to apply)

Learn and understand product knowledge

Provide appropriate information and knowledge regarding product and beauty

Extensive knowledge in beauty is required (skincare/makeup)

Great communication skills and eager to learn

English skill is preferred, verbal and written
