Responding to all customers’ concerns regarding travel queries.
Responding to posts and messages received from clients’ social media accounts.
Executing escalation queue on refund-related inquiries due to travel cancellation.
Review all NPS & journey-related surveys and approve or reject surveys to be posted.
High on teamwork and engagement. Mature & has analytical thinking.
